The Timeneys lash and brow oil ensures your brows and lashes grow faster and thicker! Our products are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and 100% organic. The formula has a range of oils combined that not only promotes growth but also strengthens the hairs and conditions them. This is perfect for lash lift/brow lamination lovers or if having a break from lash extensions this is the best time to use our oil on your lashes!

Nigrum Fennel semen (cold pressed black caraway seed) oil, avocado oil, castor frigus premeris ( cold pressed castor) oil, frigida virgo oliva extra pressed (cold pressed extra virgin olive oil), uva semen (grape seed) oil and rice furfures (rice bran)oil.
- Squeeze 1 drop of the growth oil on to the tip of your finger using the dropper. A little goes a long way!
- Massage all over your brows from root to tip using your hands and then apply 1 drop onto your hand and apply on to lashes.
- Brush through your lashes with the wand provided. This allows the product to distribute evenly.
We recommend that you use this product once every evening.
Store in a cool dry place.
User discretion is advised and we always recommend patch testing behind the ear for 24 hours to test for any reactions, before first use. This product must NOT be used on lash extensions as it will affect the bond.
If a customer wishes to return any item for any reason, they are invited to first contact our Customer Care team via email info@timeneys.com to discuss any specifics, or if they require clarification on any of the following points.
Customers are welcome to return any unwanted items that are unused and in original packaging to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
When returning parcels, please be advised that:
A) The customer is responsible for all return fees incurred when posting items back to Timeneys.
B) The customer must include a note with their return specifying their order number, full name and the type of remuneration desired (refund, exchange, replacement)
C) No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.
Returned items can be refunded, exchanged for an alternative item, or replaced like for like.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be given for items returned with the 14 days.
Refunds will be issued only when the returned items have been received by our staff and may take up to 10 business days to reach the recipient's account once the refund is processed, depending on the recipient's bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
The return address will be provided via email when you request a return.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, dependent on where you live.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs/ import duties on their purchases. Timeneys accepts no responsibility for any unexpected additional fees made by anyone after your order has been shipped by us.
